Carpet Cleaning
How often should I have my carpets cleaned?
It’s recommended to have your carpets professionally cleaned at least once every 12 to 18 months. However, if you have pets, children, or high-traffic areas, more frequent cleaning (every 6-12 months) may be necessary to maintain cleanliness and prevent dirt buildup.
Are the cleaning products safe for my family and pets?
Yes! We use eco-friendly, non-toxic, and pet-safe cleaning products. These solutions effectively clean your carpets while ensuring the safety of your family, pets, and the environment. Always ask your carpet cleaner about the products they use if you have concerns.
Will carpet cleaning remove all stains?
While most stains can be removed or significantly lightened with professional cleaning, some deep-set or older stains may be harder to eliminate completely. Our team uses specialized stain removers for different types of stains, but the success depends on factors like the carpet material and how long the stain has been present.
How long does it take for carpets to dry after cleaning?
Drying time depends on the cleaning method used, humidity, and air circulation in the room. With hot water extraction, drying typically takes 6-12 hours, while dry cleaning methods usually take only a few hours. We recommend avoiding walking on carpets until they are fully dry to prevent dirt from being tracked back in.
Do I need to move furniture before cleaning?
While we can move light furniture as part of the cleaning service, it’s helpful to clear smaller items and valuables before we arrive. For larger pieces, we recommend moving them in advance if you want the carpet underneath cleaned. Also we do not move heavy furniture, but we can discuss your needs during the booking process.
